Projects and Delivered Work
Delivered From Ingleside Since 1976
State Service Company has fabricated and delivered modules, platform structures and process equipment from its Ingleside, Texas yard since 1976. Work ships to LNG facilities, offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, midstream infrastructure and petrochemical plants, and components have been supplied internationally.

LNG Pipe Rack Modules
Large rack packages with systems hydrotested before shipment.
Electrical Buildings
Six-section building consolidated into a single-piece delivery.
Offshore Structures
Topsides, decks, jackets and flare booms since 1976.
LNG Pipe Rack Modules
State Service fabricates large pipe rack module packages for LNG facilities, with pipe spools welded into continuous systems and hydrotested in the yard before shipment. On one such package, a single module section carried roughly 800 people working in Ingleside.
Racks are sequenced to the erection schedule on site so crane picks follow the plan rather than working around delivery order.
Single-Piece Electrical Building Consolidation
An electrical building arrived at Ingleside as six separate sections. It had been built in northern Louisiana with all equipment installed and cabling pulled and tested, then stripped back apart so the sections could travel.
State Service reassembled the six sections into one building, re-pulled and re-terminated the cabling, retested the complete system, and it now ships to site as a single unit. For the same client first two facilities, those buildings had gone to site in sections and been assembled at the project location, which added both people and time exactly where neither was wanted.
Offshore, Process and Pipeline Work
Offshore platform structures
State Service has delivered platform topsides, decks, jackets and flare booms into the Gulf of Mexico since 1976, loaded out directly from the bulkhead onto barges.
Process and utility modules
Process skids, compression and treating packages and multi-level utility modules for midstream and petrochemical clients.
Pipeline integrity programs
Field integrity crews have pressure tested hundreds of miles of pipeline across South Texas, from 2-inch gathering lines to 36-inch transmission systems.
