What State Service Builds and Delivers
Four Capability Lines, One Facility
State Service Company is a modular fabrication and EPC contractor operating from a 70-acre waterfront yard in Ingleside, Texas, on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Four capability lines run from the same facility: modular fabrication, full EPC project delivery, field integrity services and offshore and marine work. The company was founded in 1976.

Modular Fabrication
Process skids, pipe racks, e-buildings and utility modules.
EPC Delivery
Engineering, procurement, construction and installation, one contract.
Field Integrity
Pipeline testing, pigging and integrity work across South Texas.
Offshore & Marine
Platform topsides, decks, jackets and flare booms.
Smart Steel
Automated cutting, piece marking and full traceability.
The Yard
70 acres on the water with 2,000 ft of load-bearing bulkhead.
Modular Fabrication
The lead capability. Modules are built and tested in the yard, then loaded out by barge across 2,000 linear feet of bulkhead.
Process skids and utility modules
Single-system skids through multi-level pre-assembled units, with piping, equipment, electrical and instrumentation integrated and functionally tested.
Pipe rack modules
Pre-assembled racks with spools welded into continuous systems and hydrotested in the yard, sequenced to the erection schedule on site.
E-buildings and MCC buildings
Electrical buildings wired, integrated and factory acceptance tested, then delivered in one piece rather than in sections.
Pipe spool fabrication
Shop-fabricated spools in carbon, stainless and alloy, supplied standalone or inside a module package, to ASME B31.3 and B31.8.
EPC and Full Project Delivery
Engineering, procurement, construction and installation under one contract. Structural and facility design, detailed fabrication drawings, process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation design in 3D, material sourcing and expediting, fabrication, coating, testing, load-out, field set and startup support.
Field Integrity Services
Pipeline testing, cleaning and integrity work across South Texas, the Eagle Ford Shale, Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley. Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, pigging and in-line inspection support, mechanical and chemical cleaning, and decommissioning.
Offshore and Marine
Platform topsides, decks, jackets and flare booms, fabricated at the water and loaded out directly to barge. State Service has delivered offshore structures into the Gulf of Mexico since 1976.
Why the Yard Matters to All of It
Every capability above depends on the same physical advantage. The facility sits directly on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway with 2,000 linear feet of load-bearing bulkhead, so completed work loads out by water rather than by road.
That removes the ceiling road transport puts on module size. A unit built inland has to survive every overpass and intersection between the shop and the site. A unit built at the bulkhead ships at full assembled height, and units too large for the Intracoastal transit offshore in open water instead.
